A car bomb that exploded in Madrid is suspected to be planted by the Basque separatist group, Euskadi Ta Askatasuna (ETA). No one was injured or killed. Yesterday, the Spanish Civil Court barred two political parties, suspected of having connections with the ETA, from running in local elections on March 1.
