More peanut woes. A plant in Plainview, Texas has been shut down. Thus far 9 people have died and over 600 sickened from salmonella found in products PCA peanuts. The FDA has a searchable database of over 2000 contaminated products.
I've been wondering how salmonella can get into peanut butter and found this article.
